  • Welcome! I am Sarah!

Your story matters. Your life has value.

I approach therapy with a deep understanding that our relationships are the truest source of healing, so I strive to provide a safe & supportive space for you to process feelings and work towards growth.

I have been working as a therapist since 2017. Some of the work I enjoy doing with clients includes processing pain, grieving losses, healing shame, cultivating peace, practicing self-care, setting healthy boundaries, building secure attachment, and improving relationships. Progress takes work, but it is worth it in order to thrive and find the freedom you desire. It truly is a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journey of growth and healing.

  • My Approach

    1

    Processing Pain

Whatever is hurting or aching must be tended to. Ignoring does not mend us. We can:

    • Process our feelings
    • Acknowledge our pain
    • Grieve our losses
    2

    Exploring Our Story

Limiting beliefs about our worth, our lives, or our ability to be loved keep us stuck. We can:

    • Understand our story
    • Identify untruthful beliefs
    • Recognize our needs

    3

    Practical Tools

We long for more peace and connection but don't know where to start. We can:

    • Regulate nervous system
    • Practice healthy beliefs
    • Build stronger relationships
  • When I stand before thee at the day's end, thou shalt see my scars and know that I had my wounds and also my healing.
